Infinity Ward knocked out recently introduced GS Magna and FTAC Siege in the latest update for Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 after they tore up the lobbies.
The GS Magna Season 3 Reloaded Pistols blew gamers away. The Desert Eagle was already a powerful weapon, so the fully automatic version sent a collective chill down the backbone of the community. Fears became reality when I tested the JGOD GS Magna and discovered that it boasted a game-leading kill time of around 250ms during dual use.

The mid-season update also introduced FTAC Siege. The Tec-9-inspired pistol performed closer to an SMG than a pistol, providing a great alternative for players who don’t want to use two primary weapons in Warzone 2 matches.
Infinity Ward responded accordingly with both weapons exceeding expectations.
Akimbo guns receive a nerf in Warzone 2
You’d be hard-pressed not to find at least one player using akimbo guns when Warzone 2 first launched. Everything changed in Season 1 Reloaded when dual-wielding Nerf blasters dealt less damage to armored enemies.

Players put aside their pistols and picked up submachine guns instead. The GS Magna and FTAC Siege made pistols relevant again, but they were short-lived.
On May 16, GS Magna, FTAC Siege, and X13 received retrenchments. The GS Magna noticeably saw his armor drop at close range and head damage.
The update also brought damage to FTAC Siege shields and akimbo X13s.
