the slip shield It may look rather primitive at first, but it hides one of its most groundbreaking abilities The Legend of Zelda: Kingdom’s Tears. The combo increases Link’s parachute mobility, which is a nice bonus on its own that you’ll only benefit from in certain situations. However, upgrading the armor grants the ability to survive fall damage entirely.
If you tend to skydive often and can’t get the time to open your glider before you hit the ground, don’t worry. This guide explains where to find the Glide Armor Kit – Glide Shirt, Glide Tights, and Glide Mask – locations in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom And how to upgrade it to get the Proof of Impact bonus. This way, you can say goodbye to fall damage and be (without) free fall without repercussions.

You can find a file Glade shirt On the island of courage in the coordinates (-2400, 0824, 0615), which is a sky island northwest of Central Hyrule Sky. To get there quickly, Lindor’s Brow Skyview Tower is your best bet. Launch skyward, then glide southwest towards the island down the circular elevations on the side.

Funnily enough, of the three points, this is probably the one you can get to easily without much effort. Doing so will allow you to activate the beta and do a test run. Once you reach the bottom, the Construct will ask you if you want to do a challenge.

No matter how you get to Courage Island, you will then have to pay a fee One Zonai charge And take up the challenge.
You will have to repeat this challenge in different locations for all three pieces of armor. Basically, you need to parachute through the green rings floating in the air, until you end up back on the island with the Construct, and the final destination is the pool of water in the center. If you’re struggling, try not to speed up the dive with the R too much – take a second or two after going through a green loop to change your position towards the next one.

Completing this experience will reward you with Glade shirt. This armored piece has it 2 defense And increases your ability to skydive. Oh, and don’t forget to activate Taunhiy Shrine before you leave.

You can find a file slip socks On the island of courage in the coordinates (0176, 1988, 0758)Sky Island in the North Hyrule Sky Archipelago. In order to get there, head to Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower, take to the air, and parachute south to the ring-shaped island farthest south of the group of four there.

Don’t worry about huge structures in the way. You can skydive your way to the island as it is at a lower altitude. Just be sure to alternate between scuba diving and paragliding. Or better yet, cook some meals yourself with Stamella Shrooms to keep your stamina going.

Once on the island, you will find the Steward Construct. They will tell you about the diving ceremony. Deliver one Zonai shipment, then take on the timed challenge, tasked with parachuting through the green rings as fast as you can.

You can find Glide Mask on Valor Island in the coordinates (4459, -821, 1114), a sky island in the southern Lanayru Sky Archipelago. In order to get there, I recommend using the Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower to launch into the sky, then paragliding northeast toward the circular deck you see on the map.

You don’t need to climb anything, because the island is at a lower altitude. I’ve been able to deal with this just by paragliding towards it, but if you’re struggling I recommend cooking meals with Stamella Shrooms so you can replenish your stamina along the way.

How to remove fall damage in Zelda: Kingdom’s Tears
Once you have the entire Glide Armor set, upgrade each piece of armor twice will give you Proof of impact Bonus, which completely negates fall damage when you wear the entire set.
To do this, you will need the following:
- The first upgrade: 3 Keys Wings per shield piece, and a fee of Rs.
- The second upgrade: 5 Keys Wings and 6 Irokoda eyeballs per armor piece, plus a fee of Rs.
Remember, for both items, once you have the Sensor+ installed on your Purah board, you can take a picture with your in-game camera (just drop it on the ground!) and head to the Hyrule Compendium to tag it. Then, as you walk around, the sensor will tell you of any nearby sights.

Once you have everything, head to any of the Great Fairy Fountains and upgrade each piece of armor twice. There won’t be any big fairy celebration, but once you open your inventory, you’ll see an “Impact Proof” bonus next to the shield. Now go, skydive without fear.
