It’s aging in reverse — literally.

Chris Mirabell, founder and CEO of a biotech consumer company called NOVOS, claimed he’s 39 with a biological age of about 23, and now he’s sharing his tips with the world.

While biological age tests can be controversial, one expert says they’re a smart indicator of how much “damage” has been done inside your body.

The test aims to measure the rate at which the body ages.

Mirabelle, who survived a brain tumor when he was younger, has some aging hacks that won’t cost a lot of money and are easy to implement into your own routine.

Appearing on John Barrows’ “Make It Happen” podcast in August 2022, Mirabile gave an audience one of his strongest pieces of advice—and it’s simpler than you might expect.

“150 minutes a week of moderate physical activity is enough to extend your health and lifespan by a significant margin,” he claimed while sharing his podcast.

Chris Mirabell is 39 years old – but he says his biological age is around 23.
My age is slow

Point out that if you go for a brisk 20-minute walk a day every day, it will roughly get you to the 150-minute mark. Mirabel also recommended doing bodyweight exercises twice a week, with a special focus on your legs.

Regular exercise can support brain health, strengthen your muscles and bones, and even help lower your risk of disease, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Mirabile used the squat as a good example of a bodyweight workout, suggesting you increase your endurance starting with 20 repetitions. He said you can even do this while watching TV.

According to the Daily Mail, Mirabile exercises himself six times a week, breaking it down into three cardio sessions and three weightlifting sessions.

“I don’t really mean anything crazy,” he told the Daily Mail. “So, like a six to eight mile run, anything I can fit into my schedule — 45 minutes to an hour — and I have to make a point of not pushing myself too hard.”

He stressed the importance of intermittent fasting, a healthy diet and exercise.

Another tip revealed by Mirabile is the importance of intermittent fasting, making sure you have a restricted 12-hour window where you eat — at least.

“One of the most important things to consider is when you eat, what time you eat,” Mirabel said while sharing the podcast.

He pointed to a researcher at the Salk Institute in California, Dr. Satchidananda Panda, explaining that it is best to eat within a shorter period of time.

“The smaller your eating window that you can make, the better for your overall health,” Mirabel claimed while sharing on the podcast.

“Studies have found, for example, that two people can eat the exact same foods, but if you eat in a lesser amount of time, it can have much better health outcomes in terms of cardiovascular disease risk, etc.”

And Mirabelle said he eats healthily 90% of the time, especially during work days, according to the Daily Mail.

The outlet reported that some of the typical foods in his diet include broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and berries — but he doesn’t hesitate to enjoy eating now and then, indulging in two “cheat meals” once a week.

“So, I might have pizza on Friday night and then dessert on Saturday, but I try not to eat pizza and dessert at the same time because that’s too much all at once,” he told DailyMail.com. .

He revealed that getting a good night’s sleep is also crucial, and recommended that you get eight hours of rest every night, according to the Daily Mail.

Getting a good amount of sleep is important to anyone’s physical and emotional health, and the Cleveland Clinic recommends that adults get anywhere from seven to eight hours a night.

Sleep also helps your nervous system function, according to the clinic.

The Post has reached out to Mirabile for comment.

However, Mirabile isn’t the only person who has claimed a younger biological age.

Dr. Mark Heymann is 63 years old, but he says his biological age is 43.

On his list of tips, he recommends saying smoothies, meditation, and cold dips, among others.
